AirFryer Avocado Fries!!

It's time to confess, I’m OBSESSED with avocados!! I could eat them all day, in a billion different ways!! 🥑🥰 I’ve replaced mayo in tuna salad with it, sliced it up in a tomato & corn summer salad, now I have to have it on my burgers, and of course tacos, spreads & dips!! But, I got super obsessed when a local restaurant in Atlanta made AVOCADO FRIES!! It was on their appetizer menu and I’ve recreated similar ones a ton of times! So here ya go!!🥳🍴☀️

🥑𝒾𝓃𝘨𝓇ℯ𝒹𝒾ℯ𝓃𝓉𝓈
3 large avocados, sliced
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour of choice
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Avocado oil spray

🥑𝒟𝒾𝓇ℯ𝒸𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃𝓈
1. In a small dish, combine flour, chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder.
2. In a second dish beat egg until frothy.
3. In a third dish add panko bread crumbs.
4. In an assembly line manner, roll avocado slice in flour mixture dish, then egg dish, then panko dish. Evenly coat slice with panko by adding more crumbs to bare areas. Repeat with all slices.
5. FOR OVENS: Lightly spray slices with avocado oil spray on baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. FOR AIR FRYERS: Lightly grease basket with avocado oil spray. Evenly space slices onto basket, then lightly spray slices with oil spray.
7. Bake at 390° for 7 minutes, flipping over, halfway through, until desired crispiness. Repeat for all slices until golden crispy! and ENJOY!!

🥑🥰Some of my favorite dipping choices are: Chipotle aioli, chili lime ranch, creamy cilantro sauce, and salsa!
