• How long does an order take to make?

Each order is made when the order is placed. There are no pre-made pieces, because each piece is made especially for you! The macrame earrings are a process, so each order can take 2-3 days to make. Macrame wall hangings vary based on size, and plant hangers and magnets take one day. Necklaces and bracelets are typically made in one day.

• When will my order ship?

After payment has been received, typically in 2 days, more days if placed over a weekend or holiday, then the order will begin to process. Shipments are made in 3-7 business days after payment is received.

• What kind of metals do you use? 
  

I only use metals that won't irritate sensitive ears or skin. Nickel, lead, and alloy metal free. I do not use plated silver or plated gold, they are very low quality and turn black quickly, and turn your skin green or cause infections. I use 14k gold for gold earrings and necklaces, 14k rose gold for rose gold necklaces, stainless steel for macrame earrings, and sterling silver for silver necklaces. 

• What other materials do you use?

Macrame earrings and necklaces are made with cotton, walnut wood, cherry wood, and leather! Wall hangings are made with cotton and locally sourced wood.

• Can you ship to military bases overseas?

Yes I can, typically arrive in 7-10 business days after shipped!

• How long have you been in business?

Feathers & Grace was created in 2011, so 10 years!

• Can I return something?

Returns can't be made, currently. Because your order is custom made, with your chosen colors, or your necklace length, resale of your item is not possible. Also, portions of your order are given to charities, so funds have already been reallocated. If you are not happy with your order, please email me at feathersandgrace@gmail.com, and we can discuss an exchange or other means of resolution.
