Pumpkin Shortbread Bars with Brown Sugar & Cinnamon Streusel Crumble

Hey friends!!

The stores, even mine included, are all decked out for Christmas!! I'm excited for the holiday season, but not quite ready to bake all the Christmas treats. Plus, I have 3 cans of pureed pumpkin in my pantry I need to use first! So, here's a delicious recipe I made today, and they turned out SO yummy!! If you're still clinging onto all the spicy, pumpkin vibes of Fall, for just a tad longer, these are a must-bake!!
